Lagniappe Services LLC is a small residential renovation and general repair business.  We specialize in older homes and historic properties. Our client base is generated by word of mouth referral only.   We can readily adapt to meet each client’s expectations  as we try to provide a cost effective solution in accordance with the individual needs of each client.

LSLLC offers a wide range of services from small repairs to complete renovations. If possible and appropriate we use traditional materials and construction techniques consistent with the buildings architectural style. We typically use traditional methods and materials but also in-corporate modern materials and construction methods when appropriate, superior,  and cost- effective to do so.
